I have recently started swimming and enquired about some prescription goggles so I don't have to wear my glasses in the pool, Jo on reception was really helpful and arranged for some goggles to be sent to the practice for me to try and they arrived within a few days,Tom assisted with fitting and the goggles are great, extremely good price too!

Just wanted to post to share my incredible experience with the staff at Armstrong & North Opticians today. I have 4 young children and find it very hard to find the time to attend appointments for myself! However today i only had my youngest with me (9months) so i took the chance to get a very overdue eye check! I was hoping he would opt for a snooze on the way there, however of course he chose not to! My appointment was upstairs and by this stage i had a very bored baby who no longer wanted to be stuck in a pushchair! I was just going to take him in with me and have him sat on my lap. However carol on reception offered to watch him for me so i could concentrate and get it done quicker! The staff were all so kind to my son Finley and i think he ended really enjoying his time there . They really went above and beyond for us and its such a relief as a mum to have the reassurance and kindness they gave us! So again a huge thankyou from myself and finley

Tiffany Ford and Paul Duckers completed the ophthalmic work and were professional and efficient. The turnaround time was quicker than expected. Terri did the dispensing work and, both friendly and helpful and provided all the advice and assistance I needed.
