        Usually I had very good experiences with the office, however Ive just been refused a service that I know for a fact they offer, more specifically to witness me sign a document. Very disappointed by how this has been handled.

        Since agreeing the conveyancing for my cash purchase of an unoccupied property 8 weeks ago, and having paid them the requested advance 7 weeks ago, I now have no further communication from them about the purchase. I have unanswered emails from up to 3 weeks ago. On the 2 occasions in the last week that I have called they have failed to return my call as promised. They obviously think that other clients are more important than me.
