Beautiful homes but.. with any new home you will get a few teething problems its how those problems are dealt with that lets St Modwen down. In the first few weeks of occupation the site managers will jump through hoops to help and resolve issues whilst encouraging you to complete the customer survey so they maintain their 5 star award. Once this period has past the customer service is non existent. We have been in our home nearly 2 years and are still battling to get issues resolved. Our advice, get everything resolved before you complete the survey because after you have no chance. Beautiful homes spoilt by terrible after sales service.
