        Our 2 year old light grey porcelain tiled floor had always looked a bit grubby even after regular cleaning. It has a surface finish of very small dimples and it seemed to hold the dirt. I tried various ways of cleaning tiny test patches and although it did make a difference it was obvious that there was no way I could put in that amount of effort over the whole floor. Malcolm came for a recce the next day and decided that much of the problem was 'grout haze' as well as ingrained dirt not adequately cleaned by the builders.Malcolm and Sharon returned a short while later and spent the best part of the day working tirelessly to bring it to a great finish.
