Excellent service! Its hard to find a plumber/gas engineer that actually responds to messages and acts on them. Rui was honest from the outset, he didnt just say to me you need a new boiler, last year we discussed other options to keep my old boiler going as well as other plumbing and gas questions that I raised, including helping out with a juvenile crow behind my gas fire! Rui and his team are professional, informative, polite and prompt. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend the team. Thank you Rui!

Answered call promptly and arranged to visit same day , as this was a potential major problem . Work was carried out efficiently and cleanly . Very happy with the job completed .

Have to give a big thumbs-up to Rui and his team for the second time in less than a year. He installed a new heating system into our cottage at the end of last year, and has now replaced an old boiler and radiator system in a second unit on our property. These guys are truly amazing: they arrive on the date they give, are on time, work their socks off and are clean, tidy, respectful and friendly. In addition the quotes are competitive and they stick to the price. The time taken between asking them to quote and seeing the job finished is impressive too. Whats not to like? I will always use RF Heating.
