        This is the only dry cleaners I have ever used, so I can't testify for their competitive quality, but they have always been reliable, quick and cheap

        Terrible! Would give no stars if i could. Not only did they lose my father's tuxedo a week before my wedding but then accused my husband and I of lying about it, lied to us saying my dad came to collect it when he was in another country, and now we are having to pursue our replacement costs through the courts! Rude, accusing and unhelpful all the way through this distressing process. Not once offering to actually try and help or even apologise.
