        Well equipped gym, and easily accessible I went on a Sunday so nice and quiet and people there were friendly and all spoke to me and spoke highly of the gym and the trainers. Only down side was the strongman kit being put in the corner and the awful techno tunes lol otherwise I really cant fault it.

        The area is a decent size with plenty of free weights and machines to train every muscle in your body. As well as amazing staff, they know their stuff. The people that train there can do their own thing or you can have a PT. Practically all of the staff are doing competitions and you may rub shoulders with some World Champions too.
