Booze Free - Alcohol Free and Low Alcohol Specialist

I very rarely write online reviews, but I am for Booze Free because I have been so impressed with them. So far I have placed just one order with them. The order came the next day - which I was faster than I expected. A few items from my order were not included as the delivery to their warehouse was late - but rather than hold up the rest of my order they shipped out what they did have in. A handwritten note explaining the situation was included, which I thought was excellent (I've had plenty of partial deliveries from other companies with no explanation at all!) I then even had a phone call from them a few days later apologising for the delay and to say that the rest of the order should be with me at the start of the following week. Brilliant - I've never had such good customer service before. And the other items did indeed arrive on the following Tuesday. I didn't do a price comparison with any other suppliers (as Booze Free were the only one selling a couple of particular items I was after) but the prices certainly seem to be about spot on to me. There is no doubt that I will be ordering from them again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. In summary - very fast delivery and superb customer service.

Great range of Alcohol Free options to suit all tastes and requirements, friendly owner who is very knowledgeable about his products, he even kindly gave me a sample product to give to my Mum to try which she thoroughly enjoyed! having tried several of their beers myself i highly recommend them, especially try their Divine Brewing Polaris beer its a banger!! good range, good taste, good price, good company. You wouldn't know its alcohol free from the taste but can enjoy the health benefits.

I would definitely recommend Booze Free. I am planning a beer tasting session with colleagues, of which 2 don't drink alcohol. We had already chosen the beers for the team and Terry was amazingly helpful with providing recommendations of alcohol free beers to match what we had for the rest of the team and even more helpful with getting the beers distributed to my colleagues.
