        Utterly appalling service. I rang up at 12:18 on Saturday, the 29th of April. I was put in a continuous loop until 1231 and then told at the offices are now closed dreadful service.

        Absolutely useless! Have no clue at all of actual ford parts at all. One member of staff in particular Colin totally incompetent..problem is that as only ford parts supplier forced to constantly deal with them and have continuous bad experience
