Lovely atmosphere in this beautiful studio. Kind, friendly, knowledgeable teachers and a wide range of styles to choose from. I have been attending classes a few weeks now and have found such a difference in my posture, fitness and sleep patterns. I look forward to my classes like a treat! X

Yoga with Emily at the Durham yoga Studio is a little piece of heaven. Emily's teaching is amazing, the classes feel like you have stretched and strengthened but you come away completely relaxed. The new studio is the icing on the cake, and creates such a perfect environment to practice. i would recommend anyone new to yoga or an advanced yogi

I have practiced yoga for several years, with different teachers, and in both Durham and London - but Emily at The Durham Yoga Studio stands apart from the rest. Her flows are the perfect balance of nurturing and challenging. She brings something new to each class (both a flow and a word of wisdom) and I always leave with a sense of peace! The Studio itself is gorgeous - beautifully designed and a little haven right in the city centre. I highly recommend! Thank you Emily!

Fantastic yoga studio right in the heart of Durham, very high class teaching and great for beginners too! Made to feel welcome and comes highly recommended. Really good selection of different classes / days / times etc. Studio is lovely, atmosphere is relaxed and very comfortable. Emily is a fantastic Yoga coach! Very lovely and friendly, helpful and knowledgable.
