Ellena delivers a really great lesson. She speaks very clearly and she goes through the postures elegantly and enjoyably. The lesson ends both with having felt you've properly stretched your physical abilities and feeling very calm and self caring through the mudras and flow of her teaching, she practices so naturally very compassionately. Ellena also does one to one tutoring for yoga, she is patient and emanates very pure vibes. Thank you personally Ellena

Ellena is THE BEST! Really personalised tuition, relaxing and nurturing. Her bedtime yoga sessions are blissful stretches that leave you feeling peaceful and ready to rest fully. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

Ive attended Ellenas yoga classes for several years now. Classes are suitable for all levels. Ellenas teaching style is friendly and relaxed with no pressure. I highly recommend Moksha Fitness.

I have taken classes with Ellena for many years and enjoyed them immensely whilst also gaining a lot of knowledge and insight into my own fitness, abilities and mental well being. I have found that the Yoga classes that she has offered in more recent years have been of great benefit to me in all respects. Her classes can be tailored to all abilities from beginners to more experienced yogis. There is always a lot to be gained no matter what your ability level. I've never known of anyone leaving her classes without feeling relaxed and yet well exercised. All participants are made to feel completely at ease, inspired, supported and confident. Ellena's lovely manner and thoughtful approach to her work plays a major role in the success of the class as does her vast knowledge of her subject and her constant endeavour to improve and increase it.
