        Wrecked my credit score.... I paid their bill on the 1st February 2023 that I'd received 3 days earlier. They then reported none payment on the 1st march 2023 and the 1st April 2023. Now I'm unable to get approved for a mortgage. Utter incompetence

        I contacted by phone Northumbria Water on a number from their website. I spoke to a representative for 13 mins and was charged 15.17 for the call. I would advise anyone who needs to speak with them to go to the office as I will in future or send letter by post
