Says all review's are fake, and says look at our reviews on some other thing no one's heard of because they delete bad reviews on there, sells your car parts, like cats because says they were no good, terrible avoid..

Both Ian and Dan were excellent in advising me and explaining to me the vast array of choices I had when wanting to change the exhaust system on my M4 competition. And they were spot on with their knowledge to meet my requirements. Brought a car which was told was standard to pick it up to find a Durham remaps sticker on the back. Messaged 2 people on instagram to find out what has been done. Both times messages was seen but not replied to. Abit frustrating as Id like to know. Added reply Thank you for your insulting reply. Clearly you understood it as you answered it.. You could have just said that in the instagram message that its against policy. Other than being rude (like this reply) and not replying. Your reply is a reflection of who you as a person and company really are. Rude and insulting. Yes Im not a customer and after this reply I can only imagine of what your customer service would be like if I came back to you because a problem popped up on my car after you had worked on it. Well after a few phones to other well known remap companies and having car re-remapped. When your sticker was brought up lets just say. It raised eyebrows
