AIRPORT EXPRESS (DURHAM)

To be fair we have used this company a few times without issue, however we had a family holiday planned to Lanzarote and the pick up was 4.30am. We waited until 4.50am and still no taxi. We emailed and txt every number we had and never got a reply. To say we were frantic was an understatement. Contacted the company and got a reply 2 days later to say sorry I wasnt aware you didnt get picked up !!! We were offered a free ride home, clearly we had then made alternative arrangements. We are not vindictive key board worriers, just loyal customers who were let down badly and received poor after the incident service. wont be back, this

Didnt want to give a bad review but having been left at the airport for over an hour after booking a trip home in advance, and being unable to contact either the company or drivers previously. I have now also been left without a cab when coming to the airport. Again unable to get an answer on their phone and having no contact details beyond that. The taxi simply didnt turn up despite emailed confirmation from them.

We booked a taxi over a week ago and it was supposed to arrive at 3.30am and it never showed up at all . Had to book a last minute uber. Very disappointed. Will not use in future at all

I used this company last October, early hours flight in from Turkey, my usual taxi company would not take the booking as 'drivers wont take the job incase plane is delayed' ... I found these on a google search and glad I did! Fast response, great price and totally reliable! Highly recommend!
