Airport Cars Durham

For someone who was just arriving Newcastle for the first time and heading to Durham, I was speechless at the great, professional and exceptional service I got from them. Despite a delay at baggage claim due to a little baggage conveyor fault, they were still so patient and checking up on me, ever pleasant. In summary, THEY ARE THE BEST! I most definitely and highly recommend them to anyone who was to smile before, through out and after their taxi experience! Great guys!

Honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars. Excellent service all the way around. I searched online for a taxi service to pick me up from the Newcastle airport and deliver me to my hotel, a cosiderable distance away. Coming from the states I did not know what to expect and was quite nervous about reserving a service. I contacted one other service before Airport Cars Durham, but the reply emails were very aggresive, their fees were estimates, and the fine print liability agreement was honestly insane. I am so thankful I kept looking. I contacted Airport Cars Durham via email and right from the first reply felt more at ease. Stuart is very personable and professional. The taxi service fee is quite resonable. One huge bonus is the fee you are quoted is exactly what you will pay. Not estimated cost plus additional costs leaving you with no idea what you will end up paying and most likely it will be much more than the initial quote. Also you won't be sharing your taxi with anyone. The day I arrived Stuart was waiting at the airport with a sign with my name on it. After traveling for almost 24 hours, you have no idea what a relief it was to see that. His taxi was very neat and tidy and the conversation was superb! I have never been to England before, but if my taxi ride is anything like the country, well it must be a pretty wonderful place. After my experience I don't think you will find a better taxi service. I know if I ever return I will definitely reserve Airport Cars Durham services again. Thank you so much!

Excellent. Always punctual, polite and I have found they are the cheapest too. What's not to like!
