Taxi was ordered through the website, but it wasn't obvious that the system worked, so I had to call and check. Yes, it worked and they had my order. The taxi arrived on time, had to wait for us 5min, so understandably about 1.50 more than the original modest quote, all fine. The driver was friendly, helpful, not wasting his breath. I shall use this service again. But probably won't bother withthe website, as it feels unreliable. Otherwise would be 5 stars.

Taxi 1 hour late for 2 brothers to take them home after visiting their mam in a care home on Mothers Day. One brother is practically blind and the other has a learning disability. No apology and this dreadful experience has caused both brothers a lot of anxiety and has knocked their confidence in using a taxi. This is only the 4th time they have taken a taxi on their own as their dad has recently passed away.
