        Toast Lettings are honestly the absolute best short term letting agent I've found. Since moving back to the UK from Germany I have struggled to find decent airbnbs while I look for a house, I've tried many lol - and I keep coming back to Toast because the accommodation they provide is amazing. Always super clean, their staff are incredibly helpful, all of their properties are beautiful, and the whole experience is wonderful and effortless. Can't recommend them highly enough! Rebecca

        Do not use this company. Their houses/apartments are advertised as holiday homes, when in reality they are used to house council list tenants on behalf of Durham County Council - read previous reviews as this is correct. You shouldnt be allowed to advertise your properties as holiday homes when they are in fact the opposite. Your council tenants leave a mess behind and then move on without a care in the world, and nobody tidies up after them.
