Ordered 2 subs which they got both wrong tried to ring up and just get a message saying the phone is switched off, so no way to contact them. Bad customer service.

I arrived to pickup a Uber order I had to deliver at 18:34 and the store was closed! The store was supposed to be open until 7pm. This order would of got me paid 18+ due to loads of drivers cancelling the delivery due to the store being closed early. This was on 29/12/2022 so not even a bank holiday just a normal working day. Not only has someone orders food they never got, you have also cost a load of Uber drivers money for fuel and time that could of been spent in orders. Of course this has been reported to Uber.
