In short, the Chefs should be ashamed of themselves for allowing such awful food to leave the kitchen. Obviously no professional pride in the kitchen this evening.
We were bang on time for collection so cannot even give the benefit of the doubt for that!!!
Calzone Picante under cooked dough, lack of seasoning and meat that looked like it had been half chewed and spat out@!!!
Pinoli rustic pizza, base over cooked and hard, no seasoning and definately forgot to add the caramelised balsamic onions.
Arrabiatta - an insult to all the Italian housewives who make this staple for their families, bland, no spice and not even fit to be called lack lustre.
If you are in Durham do yourselves a favour and give Zizzi a wide berth
