Summary: 1.talking on the phone (5 stars, friendly attitude) 2.getting quote and arrange time (5 stars) 3.call out charge and additional product quote (1.5 stars) Advice to other people booking their service, ask the call out charge included in your quote. So I stupidly didn't ask about that and afterwards got charged 70 pounds. average for Durham on the internet is around 50 pounds. They said the extra was detour to renting agency to collect keys and return keys. But if you check the map, the agency is directly in the middle of their drive towards the house.... The initial service I asked was checking the boiler and checking a cracked bathroom tile. The job could not be completed because, as I was told, the boiler was broken and bathroom sunk down into the floor may be caused by water leaks. So, naturally I asked how much it takes for replacement of boiler. I was quoted for over 3000 pounds (for a Baxi) and advice for remodeling my bathroom. If you have a rough search online for new models of Baxi that includes install, warranty etc, at most cost about 2000. which means there's a 1000 pound unknown cost? I ended up getting a newest model of Worcester boiler for just under 2000 with everything included (recommend BOXT service). For the bathroom I went to the house, found that the reason they think the bath sunk was due to the skirting of the laminate floor came loose and fell down the side of the bath. I took it out, stuck it down again and then silicone all the way around the bath and broken tile to avoid water leak. and that all I had to do, 1hour work with 10pound silicone seal I got off Amazon! So yep, i personally think their services are a bit over priced. Just my opinion.
