YOU HAVE COMPETITION KEIDI ! ( SEE additional comments on APPLY N GO CHANTELLE ... Approx mid March 2023 Keidi is my superstar probably from Tirana ( She's Albanian ). She's a lovely, patient and talented young girl who takes all her work home to complete. No specific tools of the trade on site at Tesco. This is the second and incredible photo restoration she's done for me. This particular one ( before and after treatment photo enclosed ) is of my late Grandfather with his one year old daughter Eileen. I never had the pleasure of meeting him as he died in 1947 ( only 41 years of age ) The added poignancy of this sequence of events is that the same Eileen , my Mother, also passed away in 2021 aged 86 and I , her 61 year old son, found this yellowing photograph gathering dust soon after she died. What a truly remarkable job this girl has achieved and now the restored version takes pride of place in my bay window at home. Thanks Keidi. CHANTELLE ... Typing about a fortnight after receiving a new passport after having waited just 13 days ( not working days I hasten to add ! ) after you took me through the passport app so.kindly within the Max Spielmann studio in mid March Receiving a passport is an important hurdle to negotiate for many people ... maybe more so for me for the following 2 reasons. 1 The last timevI travelled abroad was 24 years ago (1999 ! ) 2 The arrival of this passport allows me to make plans to visit a wonderful organisation called Raukatauri Music Therapy Centre in the North Island of NZ to expand upon thriving charitable work I currently undertake in this country. 15 per person for passport photos. Absolute rip off.

I had my passport photos taken and I requested them to be emailed to me to use for other online applications. I asked for them to be emailed twice but was given excuses why they couldn't. This is usually part of their service. I later complained instore and was told they would have to take new photographs to email to me. Why it wasn't done on the 1st day I am still unsure why. Make sure you give them your email address and request the email immediately.
