        Guided Louise the groomer towards not losing our dogs character through her coat, asked to trim paws and bottom area, yet our dog came out after 45 mins 25 later with an extreme cut all over and lost a lot of her tail hair and beautiful natural coat. The dog was so anxious also when we picked her up. Scissor happy comes to mind. Would not return again or recommend this service.
