Picked up my new pair of glasses today & over the moon. 1st Class service from Liz. Your Customer Service is outstanding so have more faith in yourself. Contact Lenses next but am % sure they will be spot on too. Not going anywhere else!

The standard and level of service that I experienced recently was second to none. From walking in and being greeted, right through to collecting my glasses, the warmth and friendliness of the team was refreshing! The most thorough exam I have ever experienced and I love my new glasses! Thank you for converting me.....I will never go anywhere else.

First time buying spectacles here. Ive worn them since 2 years old and I always prefer an independent to a national store. However, I was unaware of Village Opticians until I went to work at the local library. Many of my borrowers told me how good they were so I thought I would come along and see for myself. They were Right As I have a history of of a glaucoma et cetera in the family, I went for the full bells and whistles eye test and Im so pleased I did, it was very thorough , very professional, and very reassuring . And the frames!!!! Seriously spoilt for choice. I ended up with the most gorgeous pair of Blackfins after trying on virtually every pair in the shop. Nothing was too much bother. I even went back for a second pair and Ive never done that before. Thoroughly recommended.
