Having used John previously to have repairs carried out to our roof, guttering and drainage replaced, he was our first point of call following some further damage to our roof caused by the recent storms. Spoke with him on the Monday following the storm, told him what the issue was and he said he would get out the same week but would call ahead to let us know when he was coming. After a week and no further contact, I left him a message the following Monday to advise we desperately needed the roof fixing as it was starting to leak through into our spare room. John called me back later that day to say that he wouldn't be able to come out as it was too far for him to travel and that he's getting too old to go up & down the ladders and that it'll be too slippy...... Couldn't belive what I was hearing, but never mind, his loss as we were looking for a quote to have the full roof replaced early next year and managed to find somebody else. They came out the same day to carry out my repairs to see me through the winter, and has given me a quote for the new roof. Services: Gutter installation, Roof repair, Gutter repairs
