I was completely new to buy-to-let (hadn't been my first choice but had to do it) and hadn't a clue what to do. Ben Charles have been absolutely fantastic. They have guided me through every step of the process and provided amazing support. Every person I have dealt with has been very helpful, courteous and friendly at all times and were always willing to 'go the extra mile' to help. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Excellent service!

Highly recommend Ben Charles Estate Agents and the entire team. They provided a managed service for the rental of my property for many years and were always very friendly, reliable, professional and provided an excellent prompt service at all times. The team also sold the property and they were very efficient and helpful and kept in constant communication, right through from sale to completion. I couldnt have asked for a better team - from the moment I first met them, I knew the property was in safe hands. I would not hesitate to use Ben Charles again in the future.

This is the second time I have used Ben Charles Durham tenant finding service and have once again found the team to be friendly and highly efficient throughout the process. The team provides reliable and knowledgeable advice for landlords. Communication is excellent and all administrative and financial detail is accurate and prompt.
