Used the store for the left luggage service. My bag had a very squeeky wheel, they were kind enough to get out the WD-40 whilst we were away - Incredible service, thanks for looking after our bags!

I brought my laptop to get the powerport fixed. This simple issue took over 3 weeks and the problem got worse. The power port ordered was for the wrong model twice and in the third week he had managed to disable the backlight for my monitor which lead to me having to buy a new laptop. Response: I don't see how me not taking care of it has anything to do with how you worked on the job. The pervious repair did not fail and the issue was due to new damage. Also you said the monitor had nothing to do with what you did, but it was perfectly fine until it was in your hands. (my friend asked me about my laptop which made me think back to this, hence a super delayed response)
