Your move durham have been amazing dealing with the sale of our property. Ian and all of the team have been brilliant, but i must give Nicky a special thank you for being absolutely amazing. Nothing has been too much trouble and she has gone above and beyond for us through the whole process. If i ever need to sell a property again then this is where i will go. Highly recommend.

We first used Your Move in 2014 when our house wasnt having any luck on the rental market with another company. Within a couple of weeks Your Move had found us a tenant and they were a very helpful and friendly team. I have used Your Move again recently and once again received a top class service. Nicola, Ian, Chera-lise, Dominic, Annaleigh and Sue have provided me with some much needed support over the last couple of years, whilst I myself was dealing with a bereavement. Everyone in the team has gone above and beyond to support me and let me sit back whilst they deal with the house sales for me. Their help has been very much appreciated and I would never use any other estate agent.

Ive used Your Move to sell 3 of my properties over the past 8 years. Ian has always been so supportive and informative through the process, he wants to get the best outcome for you, I know Im in good hands with him. Nikki always returned our calls promptly and really cares about your situation and understands how stressful selling a property can be and this empathy comes through in the communication. Ive spoken with Dominic and AnnaLeigh on occasions and they were very friendly and helpful. I recommended Your Move to my father in law and my Mam after they both received poor communication and follow up from other estate agents and the team at Your Move have certainly restored their faith. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Thank you very much indeed to the whole team in Durham. Ian gave us a detailed and realistic valuation and assessment of the property. He and Dominic ensured that the advert, with the essential floor plan, were complete and put the property in the best possible light to secure viewings, including going beyond the call of duty by tidying up for a tenant to ensure the photographs showed the property as its best! Viewings swiftly followed - they were well organised - and before we had anticipated we were accepting an offer from a cash buyer. To a large extent we put this success down to excellent communication by Dominic in particular: our calls were always returned, which is quite rare currently. But all the team we spoke to, however briefly - including, Nicky, Annaleigh and Chera-Lise - were exceptionally pleasant and professional. Marvellous! Graeme and Rosemary

Just wanted to share some positive feedback on the Durham Branch, each and every staff member who picks up the phone are honest and caring. They go the extra mile and absolutely keep you updated on the ongoing situation with buying/selling. They are all massively professionally, we are incredibly grateful for all their help.
