        Absolutely amazing experience having my eye test here. I'd purchased a pair of glasses from a competing opticians and was sure the prescription was wrong. Sure enough, Bailey was very professional and thorough, and ended up giving me quite a different prescription, that has since worked out beautifully. Liane, who did my pre-test checks including the dreaded puff of air', was friendly, chatty, and an absolute pleasure. I'll definitely be back for my next eye test, and have already recommended this branch to family.

        brilliant service..the 2 ladys who work out front in shop are really nice and very helpfull..baily the optician is very nice man..all in all very nice place to visit n very nice staff

        Booked eye test knowing i would need reading glasses. Very thorough exam confirming that i required reading glasses. Glasses ordered and picked up in less than a week. Very friendly helpful staff will definitely be back in 2 years for next eye test. Thank you all at Vision Express Tesco Durham.
