From start to finish of buying my first home Josh Beswick was brilliant, always friendly and extremely knowledgeable with great explanations simplifying the most complicated topics going the extra mile with any issues or questions and he would always get back to me with a response even if it was 6 or 7pm in the evening. He's very clearly good at what he does and takes great pride in his job of helping other people the best way possible. I mainly dealt with Josh but everyone else who I dealt with at 313 were a pleasure and took away that little bit of stress that comes with buying a house with a brilliant service and I can't thank everyone enough for being a part of this journey in helping me achieve this milestone of owning my first home. I would highly recommend Josh and 313 to anyone for Mortgage advice. I'm looking forward to speaking with Josh again in the future when my Mortgage is due for renewal.
