        Amazing place with such friendly people. I was a bit nervous about starting a new activity, but Lee talked me through what to expect, and supported me in my first sessions. Everyone who attends is lovely too, and you get a real sense of community from the group. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area to try these guys out!

        Ive trained with these guys for years. A very friendly and welcoming group of men and women of all different ages and skill levels. No egos, no intimidation, everyone is there to learn and help each other. The instructor is competent, passionate about his training and most importantly very patient and friendly. As for the new Ironworks location, its superb. One of the best places Ive trained in all my years. The gym is clean, spacious and stacked with lots high quality equipment and training bags. If you are new, looking to get started somewhere at a new club, learn some highly useful mental and physical skills, then I couldnt recommend this place enough.
