Fantastic job sorting out my blown turbo. Halfords quoted me 7,000!!! Turbo Pacs sorted it for a whole lot less and cleaned the engine and serviced all the parts. Absolutely brilliant work. Thanks Marc.

Well well where do I start.. I bought myself a transit converted works shop van for my business abroad, Long story short I broke down half way through France, With my euro breakdown cover was recovered to a garage in France, Who initially found nothing wrong with the van, Then they diagnosed the turbo, Then a week later said the turbo was fine and the engine was knackered.. So eventually after waiting 3 months for my van to be recovered to the uk it arrived back to my door.. First and foremost I dont know Mark personally, and had only ever heard of Turbopacs through the internet when Id seen advertisements, I Phoned Turbopacs and the friendly voice on the other end of the phone introduced himself as Mark, I explained everything and arranged to take my van to the Team Valley depot for diagnosis, Very fast turnaround after initial diagnostics and tests resulted in Failed turbocharger unit, Very swiftly was replaced and all relevant associated work done, And more importantly to myself a full explanation of why the old unit had failed, Along with a hydro clean to make it the best it could be, So all in all a very good experience with Turbopacs, And would never hesitate to use their services if ever needed again.. I have gone to Marc and Turbo pacs for all things relating to my cars since 1997 , and have always received an amazing service. Recently my Porsche had a pdk transmission issue, turning my car into a fancy paperweight. The vehicle also had a few odds and ends that needed doing in relation to the vehicle electrics and brakes etc . Marc and his team did a fantastic job of diagnosing and fixing the transmission issues and dealing with the coding that goes alongside this. All the while I was kept updated with the progress of the work being carried out . The amount of time and care the team put into my vehicle was second to none and my car is back on the road running sweet as a nut at a very very reasonable price for the amount of work that was required . I would highly recommend turbo pacs for any issues you are having with your vehicles transmission and coding. The team went above and beyond what was needed and the level of service was fantastic !
