        We used Cooper Stott to purchase a house in July 2022 and we were extremely pleased with the service we received. Communication was excellent throughout the process and any queries were dealt with promptly. Frankly, the solicitors on the other side of the transaction were incredibly difficult to deal with and uncommunicative and unhelpful, yet James managed to destress the situation and ensure we felt comfortable with the process and confident that everything was in hand. Costs were very reasonable. We will continue to use Cooper Stott in the future when required and would highly recommend them.
