Incredibly rude, damaged and lost clothes. I took two bags in, one with a duvet cover that I wanted tumble drying and one with a few things I asked not to go in the tumble dryer as they'd shrink. They got the bags mixed up and my trousers and two tops shrank. No apology, and instead: "There seems to be an issue every time you leave items with us as per the last complaint regarding holes in your cardigan." So it was my fault because I'd mentioned an issue before? I didn't bother to mention the lost sock and vest.
