Another pointless UK public body whos only expertise is boxing enquiries into a useless menu system with no access to a human possible. You have to love barrel scraping taking place at the VOA to re-brand properties, where improvement works were undertaken over 15 years ago. You must have zero ethical or moral standards to work here. What an awful entity.
