        Trying to help our 3 children redeem their bonds, told to fill out forms, add passport copies and a covering letter as we live in the EU, sent forms in over 6 weeks ago...and nothing. Finally found an accessible phone number for those outside of UK and there's a 30min wait time.....really totally unprofessional and its like we have been scamed, fraudlent.

        Tried to close an old investment account, nobody could find it and spent over 4 weeks returning the same form in. Received a statement with close to 15 years interest missing. Spent 30mins on the phone being advised to write in with my query. Why dont they update their postal service to email? Absolute jokers.

        international mail from Thailand to suggested Sunderland address - docs returned as courier could not find the address - this is the address given on their website and from their own agents and nothing but avoidable delays - really bad for some co of this size!!
