Called in on Sunday to get a new battery for my car key. The guy who manages it ( sorry I didn't get his name) was absolutely brilliant. I've worked in retail all my life and this guy just gets customer care. Friendly,informative and a great ambassador for Timpson. If anyone from Head Office is reading this,give that man a raise.

Wonderful service received today! I purchased a beautiful large heart dog tag for my boy Monti Bleu for our wedding next July and had it engraved with his initials and date of wedding and 3 beautiful love hearts were also engraved onto the tag. I was so impressed by the service received and the caring professional nature of the sales person currently in charge. The workmanship was so beautiful I had tears in my eyes. My wedding has certainly been made complete! Thank you!
