  • Although I am on NHS certificate they made me pay 45 pounds for a 15 minutes hygiene treatment, which I should not have paid. I was not given a choice as the dentist said that I need cleaning as otherwise she would not be able to treat me. Appalling! This simple cleaning is available on NHS and should be available for free! I am shocked!

After trying 9 other NHS dental surgeries on the 8th of Oat I managed to get an emergency appointment at 3:20p.m. I only phoned @ 2:50p.m. I was in total agony and needed a filling, this is exactly what I asked for and that's what I got, the Dentist Stephan and his assistant were magic. I know how bad the rest of my teeth are I explained this and he didn't try to do anything I didn't want, He did refer me for regular check ups. 10 out of 10 for this however the receptionist wasn't very pleasant and said she'd already given me my receipt for the 50:50p, she hadn't mmmm.
