Driver went to the wrong address, returned the following day following numerous calls, he was abusive, threatened not to leave my parcel and took photographs of our cars. He took photos of us and said he was blacklisting us so we got no more deliveries. All because I was waiting outside for him to make sure he came to the right house this time! Terrible driving with a child in his van. Driving at speed on the wrong side of the road, while using his mobile. All captured on cctv and ring and reported to the police due to his intimidating behaviour. Unable to speak to the depot directly. Deliveries have not been as good since the depot moved to Durham unfortunately.

Its pouring with rain here and the young driver was delivering two bags of clothing, I couldn't get to the door quickly but he waited in the rain to avoid placing the parcels on the path. In addition he was polite, helpful and a credit to DPD. I have come across some iffy delivery drivers in the past but this particular young man is a real gem, credit where its due, he is good at his job. I asked for his name which he reluctantly gave me. Joe Banfield delivering to DL11 area gets a good review from me.
