        I really don't know what has happened to this store. I've been shopping here for years but in recent months it has gone totally downhill. From spending hundreds a month I now choose to shop elsewhere. It is bleak, dirty, the shelves are never stocked, full of items nobody would want. The staff look like they would rather be elsewhere and most of the super helpful friendly staff have disappeared. If the management are trying to run this store into the ground they are doing a good job.

        Don't know what's going on with this store but company is making a mess of it. Geel sorry for the staff as seem understaffed, struggling to both stack shelves and be on tills. On my last visit had to pick a clear stock package wrapper up off the floor (as was in middle of the aisle) to ensure no one tripped on it. Stock dumped on floor waiting to be shelved is a trip hazard (slab of tubs of gravy granules) the head set things means you never know if staff are talking to you or other staff and they always look rushed and frazzled trying to cover both the tills and stock the shelves. No wonder stock is all over. Starting to look quite shabby. New arrangement of stock not as good and the prices have rocketed ridiculously. Not a few pence, but a lot more.
