        I have had a bit of a nightmare with pipes overflowing, flooding back patio. Could not use anything in the house, sinks, showers toilets etc. The representative of Pipetek Aaron was excellent. He sorted the blockage which was not straight forward, very positive attitude and nothing was an issue. Fantastic representative for your company. Much appreciated

        Just had someone from Pipetek out to Winlaton as a subcontractor to Northumbrian Water, to clear a drain blockage. Previously, another company had tried to clear it and had managed to make matters worse by back jetting the blockage into another pipe. This caused another flood when the washing machine was used. They charged an absolute fortune and I was left feeling like I had been mugged. When I phoned to complain, they wanted to charge another arm and a leg to come out again. I refused. The lad from Pipetek, I think his name is John, was a complete professional and new exactly what he was doing. Very polite and sociable. I know who to use in future. Great service all round from Pipetek.
