Poor communication from online booking to service centre meant it took two visits to get NOT and service done, where if the communication was done correctly and efficiently one visit, also better communication would have allowed the service centre to contact me regarding collect and return thereby getting the vehicle in on the required day not the day after, very poor customer service.

Although delivery was about 7 months I was kept fully informed by Amanda Hewitson throughout. When I took delivery everything had been prepared beforehand making it easy and less time consuming for me

The staff were very friendly and polite. The staff member I dealt with Josh very professional as well.and will probably be back within the week to buy the car. This dealership was recommended by my sister who has bought her last car there
