Pulman Durham is over a 4 hour drive from where I live, so its not as though I could stop by. I had actually purchased a car from another provider but the seller had little history on the car. Thankfully after sending my enquiry via email, the lovely after sales advisor Delsa called me straight away, she was super helpful & even gave me some tips to ask the seller about what work had been done since it was last serviced by Pulman to avoid further issues down the road for myself. Without this extra help from Delsa I think I would have been looking at some bigger repair bills. Really appreciated her going the extra mile, great customer service where I wasnt it really expecting it, especially not being a customer myself. Thanks again!

Writing on behalf of the mother in law. Lisa was fantastic, despite the mother in law wanting the smallest and cheapest car they had (VW Up). It didnt matter to Lisa, she treat my mother in law as an individual, other dealers on the day had pretty much snubbed us as she only wanted a cheap reliable run around. Thank you.
