Durham Blinds

Had a quote 9th Jan, told 1/2 weeks till fitting. Had to contact twice, finally fitted feb 2nd. When blinds are closed there are noticeable gaps. Very cheap looking, could have bought a set from Argos and done a better job myself tbf. Rang for someone to come and check them today, as these were for my mum I wasnt present. Apparently visit lasted 5 mins, she was told to just close them the other way. Meaning she cant see out of the window. Mum is housebound so not helpful at all. These are verticals and very narrow which is obv why when closed they dont offer full privacy. Isnt this the point of blinds?? Wish wed gone elsewhere now. Obv customer satisfaction isnt a priority unfortunately. This really upset my mum today after waiting so long, her money taken and then to be told to just close them the other way when she was clearly dissatisfied. Had considered using this company for my blinds. After this theres no chance. Lesson learnt. My advice, go elsewhere.

From measuring to fitting was in contact all the time fitting was quick I'm delighted with my blinds.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Durham Blinds. From coming out to quote/ offering advice when choosing, being flexible on timings to fit around other work being done, to the fitting and finish - every step of the way has been great with this company. I was really happy with the price and quality too. All round great service.

Had Andrew come measure up and quote, really good price and could tell we were in safe hands, genuine nice bloke who didn't try pushing for more expensive products etc. Quality of the blinds were 10/10. Had Liam come fit them, was done quickly and really professionally and the tidiest trades man ever, hardly anything to hoover up! Highly recommended!
