Went in for some no.7 saw a deal 3 for 2 as I was told by an old blonde woman that worked there and so I grabbed the 3 for 2. Then she scanned the stuff and it came to like 81?? So I was like well thats not right and went back and she said oh this product isnt included in the 3 for 2 so I just asked for a refund on 2 of the products and she gave such an attitude omg she chucked the items on the desk and no thank you or please or goodbye whereas I was being polite and just ended up feeling like a burden when she was the one that gave incorrect info??

Attended a flu jab appointment yesterday morning and the organisation left much to be desired. COVID jabs were being administered at he same time and it took a while for flu jab only customers to be siphoned off into a separate , smaller queue. Seen fairly quickly despite the computerised systems experiencing overload with two different jabs on offer in one session. Disappointed to be subjected to questions about medical history to qualify for a jab when it should have been a matter of being in a qualifying age group. Did not relish having to be reminded of having chronic kidney disease in order to not to pay for a routine flu jab ELLIS COXON.
