Told I wouldnt have time to sign up and go on sunbed within 45 mins of closing as it would take 15 mins to sign up and watch video leaving me no time to go on sunbed clearly not 30mins to go on a maximum 10 minutes

Last few times ive visited, there has been several tubes not working. 7 tubes were off in room 5 which i told them about and they said they would credit it back onto my account. Im still waiting for it. Going back today to see if they have refunded the credits. Hopefully they have but it shouldn't have to come to this and leave a poor review when they could of easily just given me tokens while i was there instead of having to travel back through to check. UPDATE: went back to find the credits had not been reimbursed and the bloke i spoke to tried to sort it out by calling his boss. She basically called me a lier and that she checked after id left and said all tubes we're working fine, so no refund. Anyways, i purchased more minutes, used room 4 and once again more tubes not working but this time i recoded it to prove to them. I was passed onto a lady called Catherine who took my details and said she would sort it out for me. Im doubtful that it will though as 3 days in a row ive told them tubes are off and in which room then get called a lier. Thanks for offering to help though Catherine, you were the only one that seemed to act in a professional manner. Once these credits are used im done with the place as they dont care when you report that stuff is faulty. Service: Tanning
