        Self servuce at machines. Lots of elderly flustered customers. Excellent service from staff with elderly customers. Lauren was very helpful.

        There should not even been a star for the appalling services this branch can procure! An international student trying to open an account and all that was needed was a verification of identity( everything else was done on-line). The student was told that they needed an appointment and that nothing was available until December! The student was also advised by the Barclay employee and their branch manager to go to HSBC as it might be quicker! And that in an University town...Barclay has obviously no interest in new customer nor in customer service ! Their motto is "See the world in a whole new way!" No kidding, they forgot what customer service and banking is about.
