For the maturer employee with glasses, which I did not catch the name of. I think you may need people training as your attitude towards customers is abysmal. Saturday afternoons in a fast paced food store maybe is not suitable if you dont know how to handle the general public without rolling your eyes and puffing on. If youre serving a specific customer maybe give them eye contact to insinuate youre speaking to them rather than allowing the wrong customer to pay for someone elses order. Absolute mania on a Saturday and I dont think youre lack of consumer skills help.
