        Terrible customer service and I would actually award no stars if that was possible. I would strongly recommend that you DO NOT BOOK a flight experience with Eden Flight Training as they dont answer and/or reply to calls and emails. One of my friends bought me a Piper Tomahawk taster flight experience voucher and I have tried so many times to book the flight experience via calls and emails and I have yet to receive a response or reply from anyone. I find it quite ironic on the google messenger that it states typically responds within 5 minutes. Does Eden Flight Training actually exist as a company anymore? Edit: 29/04/23 My name is Stephen not Less. You have my email address and my contact number as I have left numerous voicemails so please can you contact me and let me know what dates are available. I have tried calling and emailing numerous times but no one ever answers and/or replies which is quite disappointing.

        Had an excellent afternoon with Marc. Had a good chat and great fun up there. Its the people that make it and everyone at Eden was fantastic. Managed to speak with a few instructors whilst waiting and they all seemed lovely. Cannot fault Marc at all, he will make it a fun experience for you. Cant wait to be back. Thanks Marc

        Myself & my partner went for a flight experience today with Marc. All I can say is if youre thinking about booking it do it! Marc made the full session totally personal to us and nothing was ever too much! Cannot thank Marc enough for the experience and how good he was to us!

        Today I experienced probably the most exciting experience of my life being in the front seat with Marc flying over the North of England. A really enjoyable experience but the Pilot (Marc) made it that bit extra special by going above and beyond. A very knowledgable bloke whos also a good laugh as well. 10/10
