Dodgy at best, and none of the phone numbers on their website work. I've been given a quote 10 days ago for a transport that was supposed to take place this week and Julia went in radio silence, not answering emails nor phone calls. An animal transport service is meant to be trustworthy, and this is too many red flags Avoid !!

What a brilliant service! Thanks to the team at animalcourriers my cat was safely and quickly transported from south Germany to Uk. Mia has settled really well and doesnt seem to be stressed or phased from her epic trip! With the current embargo on pet travel by air, it was such a relief to find a company that could handle her transport by land. The team were so easy to deal with and I thank you all for taking such great care of her!

I booked Animalcouriers to bring my 3 cats all the way from Ireland to France. I must say I can only recommend the service. John was the driver, contacted me 2 days before collecting my kitties. I was so so nervous since 2 of my 3 cats are really stressed out with any changes or even small trips to the vet. However he was so caring not only about the cats but also towards me, that he put me on ease straight away. He also kept me updated through the journey and even sent me pictures. 48h later I had them with me already in France. I was expecting a nightmare but my cats weren't not even stressed.. arrived, ate and settled in a few hours. He told me he spent some time with them and I think this made all the difference. thank you so so much for your great service. I read a few reviews that were negative but to be honest, I think it's how people perceive their experiences. because I have absolutely nothing negative to say from day 1. Simple.. easy and straightforward and be reassured that the welfare of your animals is priority with Animalcouriers. I feel absolutely and 100% sure I made the right decision in using their transportation and recommend them to anyone who really cares about their pets. Thank you Julia and Team. Great service, nothing was too much trouble and the whole team couldnt have been more helpful. They even sent pictures and regular updates throughout the trip. Highly recommended!
