After a site visit we booked David and team in for groundworks and drainage for our rear extension and they provided a start date for 6 weeks time. We then emailed to reconfirm dates a few weeks ahead and they didn't respond. We emailed 5 times and they didn't have the decency to reply once. They ignored our calls and text and have made no contact to let us know they won't be doing the works. Awful customer service and just plain rude... don't bother with these cowboys

David Mortimer has recently worked at our property for a few weeks. He came highly recommended and we could see why. We couldn't believe how precise they where but but with no messing around. They put other people to shame. They turned up on time and did exactly what they said they would do with no hidden costs. Not like a lot of other companies we have used. I would give then 6 stars if I could. Thank you for all your hard work and professionalism. We will be using you again next year....
